Day-of Coordination

This service is intended for couples who are primarily concerned with making sure things run smoothly on the wedding day. Though they may have questions here and there, they feel that they have a grasp on vendor selection, theme, invitation management, etc. We will be in contact throughout the entire process, but our main interactions with one another will take place during the execution phase of the process—1-2 months out.


Full Planning Services

Full-planning encompasses the more extensive work for orchestrating a wedding. Part of my role here might involve researching and contacting vendors to get quotes on a couple’s behalf, working through floor plans, sending out invitations, and truly any other type of more attentive service a couple might need. We’ll spend most or all of our time together checking off to-do list items and making sure everything has been considered and is in place!

Core Services

For every couple, regardless of the type of service they select, here are the things they can expect:

  • Open and accessible communication throughout the entire process

  • Timeline and to-do list construction

  • Attendance for final walkthrough and rehearsal

  • Point of contact for vendors

  • Availability and presence for the whole wedding day, from decorating to packing up

  • Comfort and reassurance through it all

How do we establish price?

Knowing just how expensive weddings can be, I am committed to being a fair and affordable vendor for people trying to bring their dreams to life. Because of this, Happy Lamb Wedding Planning doesn’t have set prices or packages. Instead, I take information about your needs and ideas, estimate the amount of work, and try to come back with a price that works for everyone. Some of the components that are considered when generating a quote are:

  • Time proximity from the wedding date

  • Type of wedding planning services desired

  • Venue location / need for travel

  • Guest count approximation

With all that being said, prices typically range between $600 - $1100. All prices are inclusive and will not be subject to any additional fees.
